SFI has the amazing course of internet marketing. There are over 80 lectures that are carefully planned and written that can easily create a professional from a total beginner (by the way, this course can somewhere cost up to 300$ ). There are lectures in LAUNCHPAD which you will be getting every day during the first month that will explain to you the way SFI and TripleClick work. There are even more tools which help us establish a stable job. It is necessary to read everything carefully and take your time to study it.
This is also team work, we help each others which makes us all more successful and you can experience this only by getting down to work.
Anyway, each one of us joins SFI with his own vision, goals and commitment , but is given support from the whole system whenever he needs it. It works like this: if I work hard and make money, so will you as well. This means that if somebody who works for you makes money, you will get even better. The system is very simple, but like in any other job there are some tricks to be learnt which isn't hard at all with a bit of work and commitment.
